Caramel Apple-Almond Crepes


A great dish for dessert or breakfast, these filled crepes are quick and easy to make, full of wonderful flavor, and make any occasion special.

3 1/2 cups = 1 pound brown sugar

2 1/4 cups = 1 pound granulated sugar

3 3/4 cups = 1 pound powdered sugar

2 cups = 1 pound butter

2 cups = 1 pound shortening

4 1/2 cups = 1 pound cheese; grated

3 3/4 cups = 1 pound flour

3 1/3 cups = 1 pound whole wheat flour

3 cups = 1 pound raisins, seeded
