Bugs Bunny and Friends Easter Feast Menu|

Can't get the kids to eat Easter dinner? Try this cute menu that both kids and adults will enjoy based on family friendly dishes and clever names.
Tazmanian Deviled Eggs
12 Hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons Prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayonnaise. Add relish, mustard, salt and pepper; stir well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.
Yield: 24 Deviled Eggs
Bugs Bunny Carrot Cake
2 cups sugar
4 whole eggs
3 cups grated carrots
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup canola oil
2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon apple bake Seasoning
8 tablespoons margarine
3 cup sugar, confectioner's
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon lemon extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat granulated sugar, vanilla, eggs, and oil in large mixing bowl until smooth. Add grated carrots, flour, baking soda, spices, and salt to sugar mixture. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased & floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes until done. Test with toothpick in center. Remove cake from pan and cool on rack until completely cool. Spread frosting over cake and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Frosting Directions: Cream margarine and cream cheese. Beat in 3 cups powdered sugar and lemon/water mixture (1 tsp. Lemon Extract and Water to make 1 Tbsp.) until light & fluffy.
Porky Pig Simple Baked Ham
10 lb. precooked Ham
1 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Mustard, dry
1/4 cup Maple syrup
3 tablespoons Water
With a sharp knife, slash across the surface of ham and stick in whole cloves. Make a paste of remaining ingredients. Spread over ham and place in roasting pan. Bake uncovered at 400F for 45 minutes or until heated through.
Daffy Duck Classic Rye Bread
12 1/2 oz. warm water
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1 cup medium rye flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons caraway seeds
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 teaspoons fast rise yeast
Add ingredients to bread pan, in order. Bake on basic bread machine setting.
Elmer Fudd Scalloped Pineapple
1 1/2 cups Sugar
3/4 cup Butter -- melted
3 Eggs, beaten
4 cups Fresh soft bread cubes
1 large can undrained Crushed pineapple
1/2 cup Milk
Moisten bread cubes with milk. Mix with remaining ingredients, and bake in a 2-quart covered casserole at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
Sylvester and Tweety Birds Eye Mornay
2 16-ounce packages Birds Eye frozen vegetable medley
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter, melted
3 tablespoons Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 cup Milk
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Cook vegetables as directed on package. Drain; place in large bowl. Melt margarine in saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, nutmeg and pepper; cook until smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese. Pour over vegetables; stir until well coated.
