Recipe Notes:
The Vidalia Onion Cheese Dip can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Refrigerate in a tightly sealed container and reheat in the oven before serving.
The baked potatoes for the Baked Potato Soup can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Start the rest of the recipe 30-40 minutes before dinner.
Make the dressing and toss the vegetables together for the Crisp Spinach Salad up to 2 hours in advance. Don't add the bacon, eggs, and sunflower seeds or mix the dressing with the vegetables until you are ready to serve.
Make the Angel Biscuits 2 hours before dinner. Cover the biscuits with foil or even a clean dish towel and store at room temperature. Reheat in the oven with the potatoes for a few minutes before serving.
Start making the Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes 1 1/2 hours before dinner. 45-50 minutes before dinner prepare the Dijon Chicken Elegant and bake it with the potatoes.
For the Company Broccoli, the broccoli and peppers can be cooked in advance. Simply reheat while making the sauce ten minutes before serving.
Make the Blackberry Pudding early in the day.
