Perfect Entertaining worked with the superb Café Creosote to come up with this fabulous summer menu filled with the fresh fruits of summer. All of the recipes are either very quick and easy to prepare, or else can be made in advance - and all use the fruits of summer. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the summer!
Filled with fruity flavors, this menu is perfect for any summer bash or dinner. It is great by itself, but for some extra fruitiness, add a fruit salad or mixed green and fruit salad to fill out the menu.
Minty Peaches and Brie Café Creosote Lemonade Tropical Grilled Corn Salad Pork with Nectarine Salsa Broiled Peaches with Crème Fraîche Menu Notes: Make the Tropical Grilled Corn Salad a day in advance. Just make sure to remove it from the refrigerator before serving if you would prefer it served at room temperature. The Café Creosote Lemonade can also be prepared a day in advance. Prepare the peach mixture for the Minty Peaches and Brie. Do not prepare the rest of the salad until right before serving.
Thirty minutes before dinner, prepare the Pork with Nectarine Salsa. Remove the Tropical Grilled Corn Salad from the refrigerator if serving at room temperature. Plate the Minty Peaches and Brie.
Twenty minutes before serving dessert, prepare the Broiled Peaches with Crème Fraîche.
