Tex-Mex Pie
"I clipped this recipe from a newspaper ages ago and it has been a favorite ever since. My family loves it and it freezes great!"

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 small zucchini, sliced
Half a green bell pepper, chopped
1 small can green chiles, drained
1 can tomato soup
1 can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
Shredded cheese
1 baked pie shell
Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add onion, zucchini, chiles, and bell pepper; simmer until tender. Remove from heat; stir in soup, tomatoes and seasonings; spread in pie shell. Top with desired amount of cheese and heat at 350 degrees until mixture is hot through and cheese is melted.
Makes 6 servings.
