Tomato Mango Salad|

"I adapted this recipe from Martha Stewart's magazine. The combination of tomatoes and mangoes is irresistible! Try it with peaches or nectarines if you can't find ripe mangoes."
4 ripe tomatoes
1 large ripe mango or two ripe peaches
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
6 large fresh basil leaves, torn
Salt and pepper to taste
Slice tomatoes and mango into 1/2" pieces. Arrange mango and tomato slices on a plate. Combine the remaining ingredients until mixed. Drizzle the dressing over the fruits and serve.
