Fresh Tomatoes with Spaghetti|

1/3 cup light olive oil
6 ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup loosely packed fresh basil, torn
Salt and pepper
1 pound linguine pasta
Mix olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt and pepper and set aside to blend flavors. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain pasta, toss with the tomatoes and serve immediately!
Serves 4 to 6
